Did u get a chance to track the car prior to no upgraded lsd?
Thanks! No I didn't unfortunately. But I did do a couple of spirited runs in some hills near my house to compare and there is a massive difference, the car pulls through and out of corners much better. I would definitely recommend it, the wavetrac unit I use is a torsion type LSD and uses OEM gear oil, and it doesn't make any noise either which is good.
You too man, love your car btw, took a couple of photos of it too, I'll send them to you when my broadband is back up and running I'm going to apply now, even if I don't get in I'll still come along for a look, wish me luck!!!
Nice meeting you on Friday Ryan! Awesome work on the PB too! That's extremely quick.
Sorry to hear the dyno was reading low for you. Seemed pretty accurate on my run:
As expected. 1000+fwkw.
Same to you mate! thanks I was trying very hard to lower my time so I'm pleased with the result. Hahaha I knew you were running a jet engine in that stanced out beast! :P I'm kinda over the dyno number now, I'm concentrating more on my track times as that's what I really care about and just enjoying the extra go
Great to meet you on Sunday Ryan, good work on your PB! That's a very impressive time, particularly for only your second time. I didn't get any good shots of your car, but here is what I did get:
You just have to use your imagination and pretend I didn't cut off half the ClubITR sticker in that one.

You too Tom, its been great meeting everyone and seeing the cars they drive! Thanks, I have had a huge passion for motor sport ever since I was young so now I've got a chance to do it my self I can't help but just go for it! Can't wait to get back out there now! Haha
Thanks for posting those photos too btw, your much better with a camera than me! Haha
Ok so I thought I'd make a quick update after today's events
Was driving to work this morning, the same way I have gone since I have had my car, and an undercover police car pulls me over asked me for my license and then breath tests me, then he looked over my car and issued me with a defect notice because it was too low (my front lip is like 30mm of the ground lol) fair enough, I knew it was too low. Then he looked under the bonnet, asked me questions about my intake, headers and exhaust and said that until I take them off my car I cant drive it. I don't have anything against the policeman as he was just doing his job, but as you can imagine I wasn't too happy, one of the worst days I've had in a while!
Getting the car to legal height is obviously easy, but if I take the headers, exhaust and intake off, I'll have to put the stock computer, 02 sensor, Intake Manifold and throttle body back on and I really don't want to do that. So I have decided to take the car off the road, and use it purely for the track. I had planned to do this in the future but after thinking about it all day, it seems like the right thing to do, now I won't have to make so many compromises if i buy more parts! I am currently looking for a new car, something with enough "go" to be able to tow the Honda to the track once I get a trailer, so an auto 6cyl falcon is on the cards, that will stay stock standard though. I'm looking forward to driving around in a comfortable car again! Haha
Anyway i just wanted to share this with everyone, I feel like its a big step for me and although I really am disappointed I won't be driving it on the street anymore I can't wait to start getting it ready for Winton and have the car setup like a proper track car. I'll be looking at trying to save some weight first off, a lot of the interior will go so if you need anything let me know, otherwise I'll probably just throw it out as I have no room in the shed! I'm also keen to look into some custom aero work but I need to do a lot of research before I tackle that. Anyway thanks for reading
Unfortunate to hear about the police encounter but I'm really impressed with your attitude and how you're using this situation to turn your car into a track beast!
