After spending about a month trying to fix some gremlins after the swap, I think I am almost done.
I replaced the TPS last week, old one was busted. no wonder it was reading 33% open when the throttle was closed.
After this the car was still hunting for idle after cloosed loop and the car was at temp. I thought it could have been the TPS but once I repaced it I knew it was an air leak.
IACV was my next suspect.
After pulling the TB off and IACV (plus drilling out the stupid screws on the IACV after i stripped them bare) I could see the amount of build up on around the IACV.
Gave it a good spray with brake cleaner and cleaned with a toothbrush, still no movement
The damn thing was ceased. So thats where the air leak was coming from.
Soaked it over night in WD-40 and it came good. The amount of dirt and crap thats builds up is amazing.
Put it all back together last night and finally got smooth idle.
Idle does sit a little low but i can just adjust that in kmanager.
Only thing left to do before a tune is to give it a full service and replace brake pads.
After my trip down to Sydney for the WTAC and meeting up with a lot of people from CITR, and after a few requests, I thought i would put my part list up to show how much time and effort went into this build over the past 5 years.
where it all started.

Tim, very keen on knowing how you hooked up all your fuel setup. I'll be getting all my HR fuel stuff soon but not too sure how to hook up my fuel reg with it all ? Hoping I can get some help from you

Yeah I didn't end up getting the fuel reg from Hybrid. I figured the K24 would be able to deal with the adjustment in Kpro.
But if you are going down the road of SC K20, then it would be handy to dial in the fuel to avoid running lean.
My A/F ratio is a little rich at WOT, but thats on base map and no tune just yet.

My research tells me that the best way to chuck in a FPR (I'm also aiming for a flex sensor for E85) would be to convert it to a return system by tapping in a fitting to the original system and chucking in a FPR on the return line. I may be wrong... but so far, all preliminary research says this would be best bet. There's a diy on honda tech somewhere!
