Sure thing felix!
Car is finally finished and back home on monday.
Muffler of choice is a Magnaflow 14229 (centre/offset) with a 3.5' slanted cut tip welded on.
Engine bay shot.
Today I test fitted a preface lift rear bar that my friend david kindly cut for me. A little issue here with clearance but nothing I'm worried about, muffler just needs to go down 1 cm or so to clear the bumper.
I quickly test fitted the headlights on to make sure everything fits, the ballast kisses the piping so small that I can either leave it like that or I can shave a few mm off the ballast housing.
I will be restoring the headlights soon, it's on the list of things to do but isn't at the top of my priorities. I will be getting the lense professional restored and I will be painting'coating the ballast housing satin black.
What's left to do (major)
- Finish off tucking the brake lines and prop valve.
- Make a custom charge harness and find a suitable place to mount the battery.
- Find a location for the milspec engine harness plate.
- Finish off the fuel lines.
- assemble all the loose bits, bumper, fenders, radiator, etc

My friends and family were kind enough to buy me a few presents for my birthday.
Tools from the boys with a message saying "Hope this stuff makes you finish your car faster" inb4another3years
A Sony A6000 and a 10-18mm lense from the family and friends. Now I can take half decent shots for this build thread and learn on the way.
Testing out the camera with a few shots on basic settings, I am impressed!
Lucky last shot of my boy CJ.
I'm going overseas in a months time so I won't be able to make much progress on the car unfortunately. More updates soon on the car before I leave.

How it sits as of saturday.
A few small things to clean up in the bay and around the fenders.

After a 1 month holiday away in Vietnam, it's wrenching time!
Started by removing the dash to finish off the brake tuck, install the milspec harness and a tidy up in general.
I bought some more hardware for the car along with the downstar firewall plug kit. I must say, they look really good.
On the inside
Back to the drawing board again....
Picked up another daily car, needs some good tlc though.

I have another gearbox going into the daily itr, pretty much a freshened up box with gsi 5th gear.
New exedy oem replacement clutch and the k-tuned shifter.
new exedy oem replacement clutch kit and the k-tuned shifter for the beater.
Mounted on the griffin rad, the top rad hose unfortunately kinks, cutting it was the only option.

Sorry for the lack of updates, been working hard at it for the last 2 weeks to prepare for an event. The car isn't finished as of yet but it fires up and idles nicely.
Attended Honda network by trailer because the car had no brakes, interior etc unfortunately. Hopefully the coming few weeks it will be running fully and tuned.
