Everyone I know generally does 2-3 track days (half or full). Most engine builders I know recommend it after every track day as well. Personally id rather use a cheaper but quality oil (castrol, motul, etc) and change it 2-3x more often then use endless. Either way looking forward to seeing you back out there, need more people flying the honda flag!

So over the weekend, spent alot of time preparing the car for Sunday's Dyno Day with Downshift! Definately was a good day seeing many high hp figures!
Saturday at like 2am I decided to do this ~ it's my vortex generator that came like a week ago but had not had time to put it on.
The same day, in broad daylight ~ I had time to finish off the otherside of the rear camber kit and buy my "whiteline front camber bolts" and adjust the height.
Just to let you guys know, Whiteline buys SPC and Ingalls camber bolts and packages as their own product and charge 2/3 times more that it would cost. Pretty smart aye ~
Anyways, here what it looks like after all that!
The Tein Super Streets were maxxed out, very very limited with adjustability and that was the lowest I could go ... really wanted to go a little lower than that and would have been perfect. This is where I am now closely considering new coilovers, Endless Super Functions to be exact as they would be the best option for off the shelf product.
I have more things coming this week so there should be more updates either over the weekend or next week.

So through the week I have been so busy with work, and had very limited time with the car.
Got a few goodies last week, some Spoon Rigid Collars (thanks to Wongy), my S204 V-Lip and I did get some AeroCatch Bonnet Latches for the Carbon Bonnet.
Over the weekend, had a bit of time to go to Lakeside to watch the Evo Nationals. Here is a shot I got of the day of RTR EvoX.
And just today I had time to fit my V-Lip on. Still needs some work on it as it came bent in a section of the lip where it will mount on. Also considering cutting off the middle section where it mounts as I find it a little lower than the rest of the lip. Because I want to flat mount a splitter below it.
Later through the week I will be stripping it down, getting an alignment done, muffler done to suit Lakeside's db restrictions and other fine tuning.

So yesterday I went out to buy more things ~ wallet empty LOL
First I went to go pickup my K20 Baffled Sump from a guy who owned a Lotus Elise with a K20 and had plans to supercharge it. Then headed over to Centrax Auto to buy more Endless stuff ... Endless Competition Compound Pads for GTR and RF650 Brake Fluid for a brake and clutch flush. Always use the best I guess!
Then I decided to put take off the stock bonnet and try on the Mugen Carbon Bonnet ... looks good!
But then dad then decided to start doing the AeroCatch latches on it ... here is the start of the process. We will be finishing it up today and will have more pictures for you guys tomorrow
