Hi guys. I haven't updated for awhile for a couple of reasons. One is the car has been sold....just joking there, no, i've been away on holidays and needed a break from work. I had a good thought about where i'd like my car to head in the future, and i'm happy to announce that i'll be embarking on one of the biggest projects of my life. It may seem easy to some, but it is a first for myself. The following things that I'd like to achieve are,
      • Stripping the car down to the shell
      • Paint the shell and other items in 1 process
      • Build a k20/k24 motor stroked to 2.6L
      • Achieve compliance to be road legal
      • Feature the car in some way
      • Keep the car to the street and being of course track inspired.
      • Sign up for professional track driving on occassion

I will begin this in 2 weeks time and will only keep this project's news exclusive to ClubITR. I am only active on this forum and I'd like to keep it this way. Projects like Jingers, Monty and Tran's s2000, and a few others have sparked a fire in me. So keep tuned and I hope that I can remember to piece the car together once we've stripped it!

Thanks guys! I'll definitely need some input if you see stuff wrong in the pictures when i'm doing stuff.

So......first day back. And i'm hard at it. Its my first time, but what the heck, taking stuff off is easier than putting stuff back on! 2 Things i'll say I hate though, 1 taking a hose off a radiator, 2 taking those clips which have been almost glued together.

Out with the old, and hopefully in with the new!

And I called it a day after 25 hours of no sleep, I deserved to rest.

Thanks Felix. Unbolting is the easy part I suppose. I think the re-assembly will be fun.

Thanks. Need to get it done asap! Car has been waiting for a new paint for ages!

                              2 Things I learnt today.
                              1. High pressure hoses connected to the A/C Condenser are, HIGH PRESSURED
                              2. Clips will inevitably be broke during the process of taking the harness off.

                              Where I am at now.

Tomorrow will be the day we take the engine out!

Looks like you hacked your A/C off in the same place I did.

Just grab the wiring loom and move it all over to the right, you won't need to touch it until you are plugging it all back in.

Also... pulling everything part took longer then putting it back together for my build... just because while we were taking it apart, we kept finding things that needed replacing (Clutch, mounts, plugs etc)
