Quick note: Stay away from RC 550cc injectors with that charger kit...
The 550 injector spray patern is affected by the manifold's resonance causing some of the fuel to bounce out/back. The end result is some cylinders to run leaner.
Fix is to use different injectors (RC650's etc)... ID's would be the best IMO.

some updates on the car...
The radiator has been mounted and the oil cooler and oil filter relocated.

Be careful with the IAT these roots blowers really heat the air up ... I would seriously recomend modifying the manifold while your there with some laminova cores to install a water-air heat exchanger.. Will make massive difference in real world (ie.. where it gets hot after repeated on-off acceleration) & in reducing the temps will improve power output & reliability... Some people have had catastrophic failure in b series motors due to burning the valves / dropping a valve due to even higher EGT -- Mind you they were over boosting and over heating...

LHT have a great kit to study when working out how to do the heat exchanger... IT IS WELL WORTH IT.

Just an update on the progress on the car...
engine, drivetrain, cooling system and wiring isntalled.
finishing up the exhaust system today. we hope to get the car cranking to life this weekend! Stay tuned for photo updates.
