Nice mods. Going to the track soon to test them out? I would be very inerested on how you rate the LSD as I have been thinking about going to a clutch type LSD one day if I have to change my clutch.

I like your taste in mods!
Hows the 5.1 FD compare to the stock? Huge noticeable gains on the street? I'll be interested to see how it affects your gearing on the track.
Also, what ECU did you end up opting for?Official ClubITR Sponsor: www.autosphere.com.au - For all your maintenance, oils and track needs.

Got a hondata.... the plug n play idea was 2 much of a allure, plus the cost as well.
currently for 2 corners, i go off vtec, so.. hopefully with this, i will stay on vtec....
the 5.1 is only 6-7% shorter than stock, but i like it so far.
Been nursing the car around till my MTF comes in. Not supposed to break in with incorrect oil. This is wat ATS told me.
This month has made me broke..... so sad..

see wat i can do myself, but no real honda tuner in perth. hondata dist is like 2 hr drive away.
have a calibration with similar mods already, so i think i'll work off that. have to dyno to check a/f ratios once i get it. will post a dyno with stock ecu and hondata when i dyno.
5.1 FD is actually quite nice for DD. I mean you shift more, however the jump isn't that bad from a 4.7.
cruising on the freeway is not extremely high, sits at 3400rpm at 100 kmph. I think the FD is a good mod exp for dc5/ep3 as it is really cheap (OEM honda CRV? uses 5.1 FD).
Well worth it if you get a clutch and fly.

Cool - my input was going to be that RSX maps run higher ignition values that make my car ping (better fuel there? altitudes? misc?)
I think your right about the spoon FD being an OEM FD - I call Jing mentioning to me somewhere that the Spoon FD is the same as the CRV one.Official ClubITR Sponsor: www.autosphere.com.au - For all your maintenance, oils and track needs.
