Those spring rates must be hard to live with on the street!!! I find 7k f 9k r hard.
umm.. 8k f and 12k r i find ok, it's not that hard, but vibration of the car due to the mounts is what i would consider hard to live with.
but it's not bad to the point i would change it back to stock or mugen.
actually, the vibration of the car aint that bad, it's just the rattles which gets me... ahaha
ok,
just installed the alex shifter springs yesterday.
basically, when moving the lever left and right in neutral gear feels a lot stiffer compared to stock, which actually improves the shifting feel.
while in first, and shifting to second, feels like stock, however from second to third is where i think the shift spring is doing it's job i feel. chances of misshifting to fifth from second is now very hard since to move far right or far left in neutral has stiffened.
actually, for the first couple of times it was difficult to get into fifth from fourth!
in my opinion, for something quite cheap, it's very effective.
Does the TODA headers and cat-back exhaust cause any problems with the co2 sensors? I read a thread from OzHonda that after installation of headers and cats, the co2 flow is much higher thus causing some light (don't know which light) to blink at the dash. Ever had that?
