When Sydney had that stupid week of stupid rain I had noticed my car spluttering sometimes due to the water on the pod. I wasn't going through major puddle but being so low the pod is about 10cm off the floor even with the splash tray it was still managing to suck up some water.
So instead of blowing up my motor for a day i reverted the intake to a SRI until I made it down to JDMYARD where Yonas hooked me up with an Injen Hydroshield. It helps quite a bit but still need to be very cautious.
Not long after i managed to scrape my front lip quite bad not paying attention whilst parking, So i mixed some paint at work for my car, got some plastic primer, clear and DIY fixed it.
Came up as good as new!

Thanks to Yonas and the boys at JDMYARD I picked up a set of 4 Hardrace Differential Mounts.
I could notice a lot of diff movement in the rear and didn't feel nice and solid in the rear as I'd like. Did some research and these badboys were my best option.
Came as a set of 4, a left and right rear and 2 fronts.
2 out of 4 of my old mounts were cracked and broken so was pretty good timing.
andddddddddd installed.
2 front mounts
and rear mounts
Not an overly hard job, first time doing this it took us about 50minutes. Had to drop the sway and the mid pipe of the exhaust.
Took the car for a decent drive and man it feels so much more solid in the rear! No more noises/clunking from the rear end, power feels more responsive and some reason
the gear changes feel slightly different in a good way. Overall very happy with it! Some say it creates vibrations in the cabin like hardened engine mounts but thats
B-S I haven't felt any change at all. But thats a very mixed opinion over the net.
Cheers

As far as I know they are not a common thing to break and they seem to be the standard ones. The 2 rear mounts you can see if you crawl under the car so when you inspect one get in there and have a look for any visual cracks.

I eventually want to look into a upgrade tailshaft from gearbox to diff. Mine has a bit of play in it and can hear it moving around sometimes. Made sure it all tight but its just a general wear and tear item. Something to look into!
