Most of you guys who have me on FB already know but for those who don't here starts once again another build!
Purchased a Silverstone 2000 model Honda S2000 about 3 weeks ago!
The guy I purchased it off didn't have a whole lot of knowledge on the car, hes just serviced it,, knew it had coilovers and intake and kept it clean thats about it!
Its been serviced at Hanny's most of its life with receipts and log book stampings along with its spare key. Guy was from fivedock area was deployed to townsville for military so he took the car with him, re-registered it there in QLD .
From what I have noticed it has the following:
Hardrace drive shaft spacers (after i bought a pair, jacked it up and had relised it already had a set)
4.56 differential gear ratios (OEM is 4.11)
CR radio door
OEM sideskirt strakes
OEM Front Lip
Shaved front headlight washers
Buddyclub N+ coilovers
Injen CAI
neatly installed amplifier, front split speakers and a head unit which still keeps the factory right hand controls along with dynamatting
Loving the car to bits and cleaning it up to my standard as time passes, thinking of raising it up a little in preparation for some 17x10 rear and 17x9 front RPF1's (sorry alex )
Eventually will find a nice sounding exhaust but for now am loving the standard exhaust noted coupled with the amazing sounding injen intake (wow on VTEC)
Soon as I got the car I replaced the gearbox oil, diff oil and engine oil/filter for piece of mind.
Next thing I noticed was due to the higher gear ratios the speedometer was out, when doing 100kms my cluster was showing 112kms, over time this meens the car would be racking up more kms than its really doing Had to get this fixed ASAP so i bought a yellowbox speedo corrector and adjusted it so it reads perfect now!
After that I changed the interior lights, boot light, parkers and numberplate lights to LED's and also the same night change the wipers to flexi-blades and thats where it stands....for now
anddddd the yellowbox speed corrector with plug n play harness!
Some before and afters of the LED's, what a difference!
Dat cleaning begins, numberplate light lenses!
