Been keeping quiet lately with the purchase of our second property..
I always joked with julie that if i ever found a one owner dc2r for sale i would buy it. Was looking to achieve this in 1-2 years. Ultimate setup would be yelloe 01 model with yellow interior... casually browsing carsales a few weeks bCl i found the car. Talked to the owner in depth initially but was able.to look at it until today as he was interstate... seemed like this was the car for me. One owner. Limited but tasty mods. Full service histroy at hannys.
Looked at it today. Needed a few things done to it. Service. Rego in january. Needed new steering wheel. Anetenna replaced. Alarm replaced. New windscreen. New tyres. Deal breaker was some bog on the left rear quarter ...
Not for me unfortunately. Wss really excited to bring it to the meet tomorrow :/Comment

The dc5 is about to click 140k klm now that julie is daily driving the car. As we only have the one car now and voth work full time our only time off is a small holiday to.gold coast in late feb ndxt year. Looking to do the gearbox rebuild the same time we are off since julie needs the car for work at other times too. Excited i.guess. lolComment
