    w0rd. Running Q6600 at 3.0Ghz too, but wish I could push it to 3.6Ghz. Just have to figure out how, comp won't boot at anything over 333FSB

        K...i need suggestions for a new laptop...

        needs to be Core 2 Duo CPU, min 2gb ram, biggish screen with good resolution (a nice compromise between size and weight you know?), 250gb hard drive, good graphics card (coz i will be using it to process photos while i'm at work...ahaha...)

        any idea about what kind of price range i should be looking at and any other things i might need...?

          Haha graphic cards really don't do much if you're just photochopping.

          Multi Core CPU and lots of ram is where it's at!

          That being said I like Lenovo/IBM Thinkpads.

                  ahhaha...DS is too obvious...my boss caught me with it on my desk the other day and asked me about it...

                  but yes...wifi connection etc etc would be good...
