I have decided its time to buy / build a b20 Engine and use my current head. The engine is drinking about 1L / 2500km and more if synthetic... Up to 1L / 1300km.

So engine is healthy as -- I will be selling it soon so... If anyone is interested. Will keep it in car until sold. May part the short block from head if worthwhile but unlikely.

Definitely sounds like a great engine to buy.

It seems I also had an oil leak.. I'm monitoring it now and seems its much better... And everything is a good buy at a price..

LOL -- Bearings weren't checked - mate was full of shit.. I thought he did.
