getting a bigger throttle body while you doing it since you will be taking off the intake manifold anything, it is much easier to do the throttle body then.

i did mine sepeerately which i regretted abit lol should of done it all at once.

I went to visit Spoon workshop when i was in Japan for x'mas last year which then i got myself Spoon, 70mm Throttle Body. You can defiantly feel the gain in the top end since i installed this after RBC.

You will get weird idle with the throttle body but i've the mugen n1 ecu which relearns itself after 5-10min now it is perfect

          OBX 52mm ITB's (Direct bolt-on)

Cheap, great mid-range to top end gains, pick-up response is greatly improved, looks great in the Bay

ok, i mite go for bdl or skunk cost of the cost. will be getting a haltech ecu and tune at the same time so idle problem should be fixed then.

mmm, i'm not too sure, but euro owners on ozhonda who changed their IM and still using stock ecu said there were gains, just not as much i guess.
another question, did it fit the stock intake manifold gasket, was thinking of getting the hondata gasket, so shud i get the k24 or the k20?

It was used on my Time Attack car for the last 4 events. Nothing was wrong

I would buy them again if i was going down the same ruote

Do some research on the TB Crash. I have read of BLD's sticking and the design isn't so good. The skunk2 design is superior. Might want to wait a little while. Hybrid racing are releasing a new TB soonish that doesn't require an adapter for the RBC and have improved on both the skunk and bld TB's

i always thought they were the same, i don't remember which one i bought, i think it was k20a. if you plan to purchase it from that ebay seller, ask him to include the hondata gasket & let him know what car you are putting it on.

i don't quite remember the price but it was much cheaper buying the gasket from him than sellers here.

hmmm very interesting review there with the skunk and bdl...only thing is that the bdl was used and for b-series...but the skunk one does appear to have a way better design than the bdl....on another note i been using a 72mm bdl for over a year now...not a single issue with sticking....

so i just got my rbc IM but noticed that there is a chip on the karcepts adaptor (see pic). Will this be a problem after fiting the TB gasket and TB etc?

it should be fine, and the gasket should still seal. If your worried about it, put some liquid gasket on around that area.

i don't think that should be an issue at all, gasket will seal it

                                awsum, thanks!

another question, i got the skunk2 70mm TB to go with the rbc and was wondering if any1 had any porblems with the TB in general or wt u guys think of the combo? Doesnt look good from here I lined the TB up to the manfold and realised I would have to bore out adaptor a bit, but that would mean I would have to bore out the manifold opeining as well. But the thread from hondata says boring to 70mm is too risky.
