So as most of you might have guessed "I" got a new car. Well my dad and I did. Some of you may know that I always wanted a 335i convertible (Always wanted a convertible and this is only decent performance oriented version with usable rear seats)..And my dad wanted a 1M as he wanted a small rwd car with a manual gearbox and decent power. So instead of getting two separate cars and losing money on both we decided to pool our funds and get the best of both worlds.... a 2012 M3 Convertible. Its Jerez Black Metallic with Black Leather and actual CF trim inside 
..oh and its got M-DCT. We got it used from a dealer at a great price with warranty so cant complain. Has 3k kms on the clock.
Pros.
Love the double clutch tranny (so smooth and quick and epic throttle blips on downshifts)
The S65 4L V8 revs to 8.6k (one of the best M engines ever)
fun in the sun driving with the hardtop down
so comfy for when ur stuck on parra rd but push the M button and the car transforms (stiffer steering & sussy, better throttle response and faster gear changes)
Cons
Its so wide that Im petrified driving on parra rd
horrible fuel econ (I get 20L/100km)
Weighs 1.8 tonnes (although this is not noticeable in M mode)
Has way too many features that it forever to learn what everything does)
Im not gonna bother trying to compare it to my dc5 as they are completely two different cars. Also dont go thinking that this is entirely my car and that im a super-baller or something. I'll try and take some pics in the next week or so. Well that's it for now.
