speak to a specialist Honda workshop is your next step,

i recommend Toda Racing as a pretty decent operator.

Honestly, do your reading and research yourself on the net, by asking other members, at club meets etc.
DONT ask work shops how to do XYZ or whats the best for such n such a situation as they'll probably try and sell you something or give you biased info.
Develop your opinions on certain mods etc by reading other ppl's experiences with them.

Only go to a workshop for installing/tuning purposes as these are things that you probably cannot do yourself.

edit: Dont go BC Spec 3... you'll blow your ears out!! >.<
That said, it does give you good gains, but is rather loud and thus makes it more subject to being defected.

If you consider having your ear drums molested at every single part of the rev range bar idle as nice... then yes LOL

I have the exact combo Dave put together there, that being :-

                              Mugen Intake
Toda Header + Xforce Metal cat
                              Fujitsubo RM01A Catback

It has a nice deep note, makes a good bark in VTEC and overall isn't too obnoxious. I have a friend who has everything else stock except the Spoon N1 axleback muffler and his car is far more droney and irritating to my ears.. haha.

I like my combo because you can still hear a nice balance of Intake + Exhaust... the combination has improved response and power right throughout the rev range. Highly recommended, especially if you daily drive your caR.
