just for example - i just bought 20 quarts of Redline 10W-40 engine oil for 8usd each + 95usd shipping...

    so $255/0.92 = $277aud = $13aud per quart (947ml or something)

MTL is very close in price to the 10W-40 (as are the Redline Shockproof range)

I'm thinking of going with the Redline MTL when I take my car in for its next service. gearbox feels really shit atm.

your owners manual will tell you how many qts you need for a change, although I believe someone here posted 1.9L/2 qts for the dc5r.

if your looking for MTL you might want to check with a shop in american it's called Alamo Motorsports Located in Arlington Texas the owner of the shop is named bryce he might can cut you guys a good deal if your planning to do a group buy.

I also use the competition blend for my DC2R

when its hot it is fantastic. But as u said, cold it can be notchy.

Us Melbournites get our Red Line from Harold at PerformanceLub.com LINK. His prices have gone up recently but he is still reasonably cheap and he generally has stock.
