Hey Supernatural, it does take some time to learn how to drive with the ORC, especially when going quick. You really need to rev match when changing, especially down or it clunks hard. To launch, I take the revs up to about 2500 and quickly release, you often have to let traffic move a little in front of you before taking off. Sometimes after driving in traffic the friction point will move a little too, don't be concerned.

yeah... i realised... seems like u cant go smooth when launching and down shifting... in order to get a good and smooth launch... riding the clutch is nessasary (in my case)... not a good kit for daily driving...

BUT.. the clutch in Tony's car has been in there for at least a year...
                      Shaun's one is brand new...
however, nonetheless, i agree; Shaun IS a girl

got my ORC 309 clutch fitted on my DC5, after 5 days driving, I stalled it once. The clutch feel like the OEM clutch, just as light. Is it right when you step on the clutch pedal, the car tends to rattle??

what I mean is when you change gear, you have to step on the clutch, then you will hear the rattle noise. Is that normal?

like rattling as in a bag of bolts?

maybe u got the unsilenced model?
