+1 for todds tie rods.. just fit them in my dc5. fixed my toe in.. and mine were bad!

How much camber were you able to get with your bc coils maxed out??

At close to 0 camber this is how much poke there is. 4 cm worth. Is it possible for me to get away with pulled guards and -1.5 camber, instead of spending on tie rods?

I consulted an engineer from a machine shop today, he suggested cutting 10mm out of centre of tie rod, then sleeving amd welding up.. this means its permanent, if you wanted to revert back you would need to purchase new OEM tie rods.... this process may be cheaper than adjustable tie rods...

I reckon you'll be happier if you do though in the long run.

Have you had a look at getting camber bolts to get that little bit of extra camber? I used to run around 2.5 to 3 from memory before I got Todds rods.

i ended up chopping the 15mm out of the rods, and getting them welded. Also bought longer tie rod ends while i was at it, i got change from 200 so im happy, it may not be as great as todd's rods but, its a reliable fix!

Todds tie rods are probably one of the best investment i have bought for the car. Worth the $300 i paid for it.

I do notice that when I quickly turn from one direction to another, I hear this weird click especially at low speed e.g. getting onto my driveway.

You seem to be a resident expert in what Todds are capable of. Been running ep3r tie rod ends too if that makes a difference

that weird clicking sound has happened to me before while turning. Whether its the same sound or not i will not know. Mine had that siund due to my coilovers had little rocks under the springs which made those sounds. And your tie rods start to bend up?? Could you be a bit more specific. Also with todds tie rods if you plan on running say -2.5 degree camber or more id suggest getting some todds tie rods and its also worth an investment even if you dont as theyre quite easy to sell. Also why are you running ep3 tie rod ends? Arent they smaller than the dc5 ones? As i know to run dc5 suspension on a ep3 you have to change to a dc5 tie rod end.
