Thanks tink, DIY was the only way to go to finish this! JDM baller is awesome and everything, but trying to fit everything into the engine bay required a custom approach, and what my mechanic/ fabricator came up with was awesome.
To answer your questions, there is a -12 line straight off the rocker cover, and also another breather line -12 straight from the oil tank. As you can see in the below image.

In all honesty, i didnt question the breather as it is per the specs that Pace advised.
When the pump is in full swing, it is sucking through the breather, not pushing to the breather. Basically it is breathing enough to not suck the rear main seal through due to negative pressure or scavaging effect coming through the block.
Also the PCV valve has been blocked off as fitting to the breather from the oil tank negates the need for this.
