The paint alone would cost that much.
Can only assume that the paint would be very cheap quality..
Any detailer would know that once milano red has faded beyond belief ther is no chance a good cut will bring it back..

Hey guys,
it's been way too long since my last update. And thats because I lost my license but thats all sorted and done now.
Didn't end up buying the regas because I lost my license 2 days before picking them up.
anyways, onto the good news.
Some updates!
Since my time away from my car and the forum I've been saving up a bit of money to spend on my car!
Heres a small update of the things I've done:
Bought and installed a charge speed lip kit - Had my eyes on this for months. Thanks Jupiter!
Bought and installed new BC type RA coilovers
Not a big list of mods but i've got a few things coming within a months time.
Things on the agenda:
New CMC
Gearbox rebuild - still deciding on a mechanic
Clutch & flywheel combo
New wheels - regas
Rear camber arms
Fix the stupid CEL light coming from my cat
Short shifter
Hasport engine mounts
Thats all I can remember from the top of my head.
Heres some photos
Thanks!

Hi guys,
so got a bit of an update! Been awhile since I've done any decent updates..
So for the past few months I've had my ups and downs with my car. Lost my license,
lost passion to learn and mod and even had a minor accident (will go into further detail later)
But I survived without my license for three months and re-sparked the love for my car.
As soon as I got my license back, I purchased and installed the following mods:
Hardrace rear camber arms
BC BR type RA coilovers
Exedy stage 1 clutch
Exedy lightweight flywheel
Hasport 62A engine mounts
Hardrace front engine mount (optional)
DBA T3 Club Spec Rotors (front)
PMU NS400 pads
J's Racing 60RS catback
First things first, my coilovers. So, I got a certain someone to install them and after about a week I had severe knocking noises coming from my front strut.
I kept driving for awhile as I thought it may have just been my springs settling in but it got worse.
I went to OTR to get it diagnosed and it turns out my previous mechanic forgot to do the right tie rod bolt and tighten up my coilover locking ring. So basically
I was driving around with a completely loose tie rod. I guess that's what happens when you're constantly on your phone while working on someone elses car.
Never going back.
Once I got that sorted I pretty much installed and did the rest of the mods all at once and man was there a difference.
Pretty much all the parts I bought were parts that I believed to be practical and needed replacing anyway
and I wanted to improve my car performance wise, hence I chose the above mods.
Anyways, once the mods were done the car felt like a whole new car. The clutch bite was insane, the car revved a lot quicker and it vibrated like crazy.
The response from the throttle also felt very potent with the new clutch, flywheel and engine mount combo. It actually took some time to get used to and I did stall a few times.
I also changed from the Fujitsubo RM01A to J's racing 60RS which I bought brand new from OTR. I got bored of the RM01a. It was a great daily but too quiet and not enough
popping for my liking. The 60RS is much louder and actually bearable for daily driving imo. I love it!
Now, for my little accident.
While taking my other half home I was driving on unfamiliar roads and went into a small pothole while taking a left turn.
I took the turn at less then 10ks mind you. The car dipped into the ground and ripped my entire left side tab off where the screw is that holds your bar in.
So I had to take it to the panel beaters to get it repaired and resprayed. Worst two weeks of my life!
And finally, after 6 months of waiting for the perfect specs without ridiculous prices, I bought Regamaster Evos from good mate Shak!
So excited to have them fitted once they arrive.
Thats all for now. Heres some pics for now
Fresh front bar respray!
damaged tab
Pads and Rotors
Engine Mounts
Thats all for now!
Hope I kept it interesting.
