Exhaust will be fabbed up by Nathan from Fabulous Fabrications. We will be using 3in T304 1mm material with all V band connections and oval muffler and resonator to keep it tamed. Will have a straight pipe for race purpose and show only. More to come shortlyLast edited by Stephen_AUS; 08-07-14, 06:12 PM.

Hi guys, sorry for such a late update ... been so busy getting everything ready for track day which I had today to some of you already know who have me on FB and IG.
First things first, ASP header got installed and then encountered a huge problem ... I will let photos judge how bad it was
You can see how the megaphone part is sloped down so much ... it literally had like 20-30mm off the ground, also considering that my car is low ... but not crazy low ~
Nathan from Fabulous Fabrications helped me out here and sorted the issue out by cutting it off at the collector, adding a short piece to bring it back up and welding it back together. Which he did an amazing job, hands down ... one of the best fabbers in Brisbane! Stefan gladly sorted out the bill for the issue as it should be for customer satisfaction.

And then he fabbed up the rest of the exhaust using the thinnest 3 inch C304 stainless, utilizing all v band connections throughout the whole system for gasket free, reliability and ease of use. A Magnaflow hot dog resonator and ARK Design muffler were used to complete the system ... therefore leaving it with a very tamed crisp toned for a 3 inch exhaust. We were very surprised how quiet it was for such a small res and muff in the system, great for daily duties ... but really opens up when WOT!

As you can see here, the ASP big tube header really is tight ... I had to cut off some part of the subframe to fit it in properly and even that it still taps it, you will see what I mean below ~

Besides that, I am very very happy now with the whole quality of the new exhaust system ... should be great for when I boost this thing!
All the recent photos and video footage of todays track day will be all in tomorrows or this weekends update ... very tired today so really just want to sleep
Thanks all ... keep posted!Last edited by Stephen_AUS; 14-08-14, 11:45 PM.

Here are a few snapshots that my little brother got at QR Trackday 14/08/14. I am still trying to get some time to upload the video of inside and outside of the car to Youtube, hopefully I will leave it going overnight ...
