Hey fellas.

Little update..

My valve springs finally landed and my toda oil pump delete kit lands Friday.

Went past tonight to pay adrian a visit to get the ball rolling to take the head off.

Some toda goodness



Stripped off the intake and chain cover And then we decided it was getting late and it will come off tomorow instead. So we just talked sh!t for a while instead. lol.



Adrian did put the Ported RBB on top of the RSP head and said it should go faster with 2 heads now.

Genius!!!!

Keep you guys posted when it's off and sent away for servicing.

While it's away the bottom end is coming off and the new oil pump and pistons are going in.

By the time it comes back it will be ready to install with spoon gasket and the cams.

Fair enough call. But if it was turbocharged in 4-6 months time I wouldn't be happy with it either. I'm very aware that I could of easily put higher comp pistons in the car and made more power. But it's simple. I didn't want to. Sorry to burst your bubble.

I will just stick to modifying my car the way I want to I guess.

the head came off tonight










It's getting stripped off tomorow and the parts sent across aswell to the RBB and then it's sent off for servicing.

The oil pump and pistons will be in by the weekend. Then by that time the head will back so I'm assuming the car will getting tuned next weekend.

Now I'm starting to get abit impatient. lol

Went past to visit Adrian at SAS today.

Head comes back tomorow from servicing and the oil pump landed in Australia aswell.

Adrian managed to take the pistons and rods out and hone the block aswell

Crank stayed in and we are replacing rod bearings aswell.

Adrian taped up the crank oil squirters so no shit gets inside

Gay oil pump with balancer shafts. Ready for the bin and replaced by the toda kit.



Pistons and rods out.. And replacing rod bearings.

The pistons have 25000kms on them at best. Let me know if anybody wants them. They are Purrfect and no need for them anymore. Keeping rods though.



Everything should be installed by the weekend and ready for tuning next week
