The market is hurting as alot of cars come with units attached to the dash so swapping is not really an option. Also the materials for alot of the gear is dirt cheap to produce now days. Only way for them to stay afloat I suppose.

P.S. My car is at the exhaust shop. The drive to there was very interesting with headers on. lol. Got alot of looks on parramatta road during peak our this morning in haberfield/Leichardt hahaha

I pick it up at 4pm and yep, I found Z3 shifter cables out of a jap spec fd2 civic today < LUCKY.... Straight to my uncles workshop to fit my z3 Hybrid racing box back in after i pick it up from fast fit.

Adrian wants the car by Saturday/Monday.

What a day at work and on the car.

Finally just got home from my uncles workshop.... In my DC2 type R that is

Shift linkage works ))))

I can finally tell everyone what needs to happen to make a k20z4 Gearbox work. Nothing else will without modifying sh!t

I have 2 setups that will work without modifying brackets.

If you are using standard k20z4 Selector and brackets you will need... The z3 left and right throw Linkage and out of a FD2 Civic. (oz spec is fine) and for the gear Grabber you will need the k20z4 linkage and these both only work on the Z3 shifter box from hybrid Racing.

The Z3 gear grabber linkage is too short and the z4 left and right is too short. So both need to go for this setup to work

Setup number 2.

If you wish to run Hybrid racing cables you will need. FD2 Selector, bracket and Z3 Shifter Cables if you don't want to modify.

My setup is now

Need to clean up the cabin and put my plastics back in and tuck the wires abit better on the kpro.
