Great build mate! Just curious, what brand wrinkle paint did you use and did you end up with a pervading stench of paint in the oven and/or your house?

Thanks buddy... I used VHT Wrinkle paint red and black cans. They only come in those colours.
I used my mates oven... His one was vented and it smelt for a week or so. Nothing oven clean won't fix though
yes, the Type R brakes are fine, but i wasnt talking about the brakes or their capabilities,
i was referring to your brake LINES, which appear to have been stretched and possibly damaged during the conversion?
i would hate for you to go to so much effort and work - only to put the thing through a wall because your brake hose splits...
Gotcha... You make a good point buddy. I literally had it that point only when I was putting in the shafts. They were bolted up and not hanging like that the whole time. When we put it back together I did Check to see if they needed replacing "seemed fine" but in saying that and going off your comments.. It might be a good idea to change them anyway
Much appreciated buddy and thanks for picking that up
Haha gotta hand it to him. It's a good pick up and worth taking another look. Car goes to the exhaust shop on Monday and my uncles Garage to flush out the new oil I put in with filter change "anal" lol
I also got a new video of the basemap Jdm yard gave me. I tried uploading it to the fb page but nothing
Agreed Man. I did give them a good look over and me and my mate where putting in shafts together. While he fed them in I was supporting the break structure and making sure nothing stretched.
Either way. You cannot be safe enough. It's on the hoist come Monday so it will get a very thorough check before it goes to Adrian for tuning.
