If you are replacing front upper control arm bushings i am pretty sure most are press fit. Brands like Hardrace do a hard rubber bushing and spherical bearing bushings. Other brands like prothane or energy suspension do a polyurethane bushing.

As for the sway bar, all I knew was I needed the end links labelled "Type R", didn't realise it was a misleading label.
But thanks tinkerbell, that basically answers that question. I need to buy the "Non- Type R" set of bushes.
And I need to press fit them
