+1 to tink's knowledge, he knows his sh*t and i'm pretty sure he owns a VTI-R chassis.

If you are replacing front upper control arm bushings i am pretty sure most are press fit. Brands like Hardrace do a hard rubber bushing and spherical bearing bushings. Other brands like prothane or energy suspension do a polyurethane bushing.

I already went to the Hardrace website, I can't find any product specs, just a way of sending a wishlist to them.

As for the sway bar, all I knew was I needed the end links labelled "Type R", didn't realise it was a misleading label.

But thanks tinkerbell, that basically answers that question. I need to buy the "Non- Type R" set of bushes.

And I need to press fit them

Yes tinkerbell, it is very very obvious that the website has NO information on it, just the product codes, as I stated before:

all that page has is the list of products with tick boxes next to them, no product specs.

You sure tinks? I thought the VTiR had a smaller rear bar? AuDM DC2R is 22mm, JDM is 23mm, I thought VTiR is smaller than both.

in the context of end-links - rear bar has the same end-links DC2/DC2R/DC4
