To do the inner eyebolt you must remove the seat, remove the seat buckle and replace that bolt with the eyebolt. That is all four It's relatively easy IMO

Good explanation David..
If you have C-Pillar Bar can't you use that as a mounting point? I've seen it done just don't know how to go about it... >.> lol
That way it saves the hassle of removing rear seats if you don't want to.

I don't think a c-pillar would be ideal for mounting a harness. Most people (without rollcages) who would like a bar, mount a harness bar which mounts to the b-pillars of the car. The harness is fed through / wrapped through this bar and then mounted at the set area at the rear of the car.
This ensures you can still bolt the harness down but allows for the correct angle to save your spine should you get into an accident. From a few discussions in the past, for the DC5 chassis, without a bar is very borderline on acceptable but also varies depending on seat height / driver. Harness bar helps to remove this grey area.
Also the rigidity of the c-pillar is another thing to thing about. I would think you'd lose strength since you're mounting it to a bar that is then mounted to the chassis. I'm pretty sure most of the cars you see with it mounted to a bar have the cage welded to the chassis.

Yes I believe you can but personally I'd rather having them mounted to the chassis. I have heard stories where the C-Pillar has snapped off the hinges in an accident and/or eye bolts ripped from the C-Pillar.
Personally I remove the seats for track days anyway so it just kills 2 birds with 1 stone1995 Honda Civic EG (K20)
