Had a photo shoot done last night by a friend of mine.
Will put the entire shoot up in appearance when i get some time,
hes a snap of probably my favorite photo.
Car wasn't given an entire clean thoroughly, just a quick wipe down
No photoshop, all done by camera.
Was amazed by his work.

Had my Spoon Sports Lower Arm Bar arrive today, fitted that up within half an hour with a mate, not many good photos of install on the net nor are the instructions any good that are provided by Spoon but we managed!
Will post a photo abit later on...
Very happy with it.

On another note,
had the car serviced,
New OEM MTF Fluid
New Royal Purple Oil (10w-40) & Filter (Mugen =))
New Brake Fluid (Motul RBF600)
Brakes Bled.

Wheel alignment on Friday at Tyrepower North Melbourne

All set for this Sunday EXE day, should be good.

Tampered Motorsport Track Day

Overall the day, was good, great variety of cars, met a few new people, put name to faces and made a few new friends.
The day was run fairly good, no major issues... One oil leak that hit the track but the Tampered Crew done a good job to allow us to get on it with!

My start to the day was very interesting... I did my pressures at the Shell Service Station in Benalla.... Never again...
I spun i think 3 times in the first session.... Came off, check my pressures, they were all over the place... I borrow a blokes ciggarette lighter pump and pumped the tyres up for Session 2. Adjusted them accordingly to 36PSI all round and this made the car feel alot better... Possibly another reason to spinning out in the first session was maybe i was going abit to quick, track was still abit too fresh at 9am.. I adjusted my dampeners on the rear (softened them) and adjusted my tyre pressures thoughtout the day...

As the day got on, the tyres felt better but the only thing i was having abit of issues with, i was suffering abit of understeer but also did have a few moments when my car became tail happy... The new 25mm Rear Sway bar did make an improvement, could feel personally feel the rear end of the car coming around in the car...
I still have much room for improvement, still trying to get my lines right and get my braking points right so im hoping if i get all this right i should have quite abit of room to move even on street tyres...

Only cons for the day... Came off on the 'S' Bend and bent my Spoon lower bar but it's still functional i think!

Had some great battles with Tom's Red Micra of Doom!

Finished up on 1:49.1990, i want a 1.45 very badly so that's my goal... These tyres have maybe one track day left on em so either i'll kill them on the street or at track...

(18/7 Delayed Update) Well the TODA Header that i bought is now on the car and matched up to the X-Force Catback System. Bought the headers from a fellow Honda owner and i was very happy with the item and price given!
Driven the car home and only once since i got the car back and i must say im very impressed, this definitely passed my expectations! I can't really believe how much different a set of headers could do, i should of done this much earlier..

The car definitely feels like it has more torque and the exhaust note has changed to a much deeper, louder note... Even the note of VTEC has brought that joyful sound back to my ears!! I have a CEL light being thrown at me but that's only cause i need the O2 Sensor extended and possibly a defouler lol. Fitting at a local exhaust shop near my work was relatively cheap and i've been happy with there previous work for me. Only a few more things are needed to be done till my stage one completion and then the things will progress from there. All my items now such as ECU, intake, engine components etc are now bought under advice from my tuner & builder so there are many exciting times ahead.. Just to put it out there, im going with the Haltech ECU over the Kpro but this only due to the preference of my tuner and the advice given to me..

Was intending to go to July's Tampered Motorsport Track Day but i need a few things done, such as new front tyres and rotors upfront machine (& a spare set incase they warp).
I have also notice from my June track day that i bent my Spoon lower arm bar but it still works perfectly fine!

Going to be replace my rear tyres 245/40/17 on the 17x9 wheels up front and run a 225/45/17 on the rear, still going to be using RE001 as they've done me wonders on a day to day (weekend) basis and have done fairly well at Winton for me..

That's all for now, im just purchasing stuff as i see a bargain or an item that i require..

So this evening i had Australia Post deliver me a box!



I had waited a long time for this but i have now got it, a very happy person.

NRG Innovations Harness Bar 47'.
Hopefully fits as i did research to see if it fits before making the purchase! Went with this option as a fellow Integra owner owns one of these.

Going to have a lot of fun this weekend pulling the car apart whilst being sick... Will also be interesting to see how the support shocks mount to the bottom seatbelt point considering i have the Cusco B-Pillar and Beatrush Floorbar already mounted there... Here comes some fun!!!
Will consider keeping my rear seats in.. But yeah this is pretty much going to complete my bolt in cage till my designs of the roof frame come back to me....


I have more updates coming as im preparing for this months track day which is presently a made due to the night before being a best mates 21st!

Well my week became fantastic!
Another package! This time a suspension goodie...



Hardrace Rear Camber Arms (Hardened Rubber)


Opted for this due to the backlog on spherical... Should do almost the same job wonderfully i believe...
This weekend we will be (me and a few mates) having some fun with the car, pull the seats on, pull rear wheels off...
Going to get the harness bar in and also the camber arm...
Need to get my Todd's tie rods in but i ain't game to do that at home LOL...
Also going to purchase:
J's Racing roll centre adjuster and also purchased my J's Racing Direct Clutch Line
