I'm console through and through but would dabble in some casual SC2 games if I knew the other person was just as rubbish as me. Sounds worth a crack.

Wash your mouth out, my Charger has a Hemi 6 cylinder . With pushrods.

Trust me I am rubbish, get Starcraft when you get a chance and then add me and we will see who is the most rubbish.

the worst are players who cheese. i played a protoss player who tried to cannon rush in my base, but because we played on lost temple he couldn't find me. then he just complained the entire match about how he would have beaten me if he had found me first.

oh and if you haven't been placed yet, do everything you can to win your placement matches. i'm 9 games 5 wins and in bronze. a mate is 9 games 5 wins but in platnium (won all 5 of his placements and then lost 4 games)

Depending on the team Im only in the gold and platinum league. Don't play enough to get into diamond yet but currently the leagues are meaningless. Theres multiple leagues of each grade (there are like more than 15 diamond leagues for e.g.) and its a mystery of how you get into each league besides the obvious trend of you keep winning. When Blizz finally brings out the tournaments it would clarify both the rankings and the leagues.

Haha its ok Pezza, just watch the replays of your lost and learn how and why you lost. Pinpoint why you lost and devise a counter. Pinpoint how you lose is easy but finding a counter might be hard. So if you need suggestions for counters just go to youtube and search up hd starcraft 2 and watch the replays of the pros and learn from them.

Also strats that work in 1v1 in which pros employ don't neccesarily work in 2v2, 3v3 and etc.

You should just play how you normally play in your placement matches. Whats the point of employing cheese strats to just get into the platnium league as when you do get there 1. those cheese strats won't work any more 2. you will constantly get owned so hard that you won't learn any thing. You might as well go into a pool of players who are similarily skilled so you can actually improve and to mainly HAVE FUN!

Thats the aim of the placement match system any ways and you gain nothing by cheating it.

Whats the point of employing cheese strats to just get into the platnium league as when you do get there 1. those cheese strats won't work any more 2. you will constantly get owned so hard that you won't learn any thing. You might as well go into a pool of players who are similarily skilled so you can actually improve and to mainly HAVE FUN!

i got hammered by a zealot rush the other day, but then again i'm not that good (i said i was bronze before but i actually can't remember, i could be copper :P) i'm looking forward to patch 1.1. i play zerg and zvt is pretty hard

Yeah, even at the top level of playing z is very susceptable to early zel rush hence longer gate and zel build time.

I'm a T player so I'm just laughing, use to be a toss player in SC1 but I find toss too weak in SC2, especially in team games.
