    Haven't been to the gym since my holiday in December. I've lost 7kg... yay go me!
    Hamstrings are tight as fk though, can't touch my toes anymore

    I should get back in the gym tomorrow but I'm leaving for Japan on Saturday, lol! I'll start when I get back... *cough*

        Yer, train 6 times a week for around 1.5hrs. Currently 69.2 kgs at guessing 8%. Currently benching my best at 110kg 4 sets of 6, no spotter.

          Gymming it up 4 times a week or so, trying to lift heavier!

          At 88kg currently, weight hasn't really changed at all in 6 months but I'm a lot leaner than I was so that's progress I guess!

              i just started gym again.. so weak grr but not pushing my back at all

              bench - 90kg
              squat - 100kg
              deadlift - 80kg

              total - 270kg

                  Nice Felix. I got to get back into shape. ive lost about 4-5 kg in the past 3 weeks, and want to lose another 5!

                  Not going for max numbers at this point in time. Really got to watch the lower back, so i do either deadlifts or squats every fortnight!
