            It was the ingredient Di-methylyamine. Its used in ectasy and other pyschotic drugs. I believe, its also an ingredient for medication for ADD people to help them focus. However research has shown that it damages the nerve synapes in the brain over long term use.

              By the way, tested my 1RM for squats after like 4-6 sets. Achieved 140kg, but I reckon we could go 150kg.

                I've started doing lunch runs since last week. Feels good after each run. Must be that shower.

                          New gym junkie checking in .
                          Started my cut at 2,200 calories .
                          173cm 75.8 kg.

                          Hoping to drop to 70kg so be nice and lean .

                          1rm:
                          Bench 100kg
                          Deadlift 150kg
                          Squat last time I did them 150 kg.
                          Got leg problems
