He has also suggested this place in Wetherill Park which he can organise for us to be able to use it and if there is enough interest he may be able to ask the cafe there to open for us. There are toilet facilities and it looks nice and cosy.

Do you mean the event itself or that particular venue? No opinions about that particular venue. But a lot of people have been positive about having it at Sydney Olympic Park so that will most likely be the venue.

The coffee shop one I can organise at any time with my friend although many people have suggested SoP in this thread so I take it they don't really want to travel out to Wetherill Park which is fine.

In regards to SoP, I've never personally been there at a meet so I would not have a clue about an exact area. I was hoping some of the boys who recently had their meet their would have an idea. I'll get in contact with them Any suggestions Dave?

Thanks for the links. Just having a quick look. "O 21", "P 20" and "F 4" for a smaller parking area on the periphery. "F 4" looks like an interesting parking setup. "I 21" and "I 23" for a larger area. Never quite grasped how big that place is until now!
