What time do we need to be there?

Also is someone willing to volunteer to look after my car on the day?..I have a funeral to attend and therefore the earliest I can be there would be around 3ish. Im trying to get a mate of mine to drive my car there but he would have to leave the keys with one of you guys and and i can come pick it up later. You can park it however you want to etc. Ill make sure to put the CITR banner and stands in the boot. Hopefully my mate can do this..otherwise dont see how my car can be there.
