Just because this place is a Honda forum doesn't mean we have to eat sleep and shit Honda. When you understand and appreciate other cars you'll learn to appreciate the good things about Honda. The comments weren't directed at you and I apologize if you felt they were. ClubITR has become a big spam fest for a handful of people. There used to be intelligent discussion about a lot of things but now it's the same 3 or 4 threads dragging on with spam. The build threads keep things going but only just. Blind fanboyism is one of my pet hates and the lack of acknowledgement to other brands is what really shits me about Honda forums. They have to be the worst kind out there. Check out multi-brand enthusiast forums and all the jokes are about Honda owners for a reason.

Absolutely not. The emissions laws are there for all cars. Technology has to move with the requirements from the market. It actually makes manufacturers develop better cars. Aren't you curious to see what Honda could do with next gen engine technology? They re-invented 4 cylinder power/driveability in the N/A space and owned the turbocharged F1 scene. There's no reason why they couldn't build one hell of an engine in a turbo/small capacity environment.

I don't understand how people can be so biased against other cars, in my group of mates im the only one who drives a honda.. the others drive commodores etc.. i bring em to cruises i attend to etc... Yet you know what happens, im the cunt who cops all the shit cause i drive a Honda of course but i don't care as half the people there don't know wtf is going on with my car... i let my driving and my car do the talking but ill keep it legal while other dickheads decide to go there other way...

TBH, honda is behind in times, needs to either get there shit together or seriously consider a whole new approach and start bringing some DECENT cars to Australia instead of bringing the "cheapo" shit IMHO...
I'd prefer a GTI over a my ITR but it's not my sorta car to drive..

Honestly, when i saw my DC5R the first time, i feel in love with it right away... Still am in love with it either know i havent driven it for 3 months & have another 3 months of my suspension to go.. But value for money means alot to me and so does personal choice....

If i had to let go of one of the cars, i'd let go of the ITR as the MPS is more practical, 4 doors, family car, cheaper to insure etc etc etc

I still remember the times when u flamed mefor having a spoon exhaust, you telling me haivng kpro on a car that'll never see the track is a a waste of time, and the best one... When i was proving to you yesterday that changing camber on the REAR can change how the car looks .... I try and hold myself back every time, but honestly, you trully are a stubborn fuckwit that always has to have the last say, and anyhting not to your liking is considered "full retard", or pointless. Monty's car is my idle.. tbh and seriously man i like u, your a good kid so i don't intend to cause an issue with u I plan to treck to sydney and race u on track but i don't think anyone here can say they've achieved what he has done...
He turned his car into a Track Spec DC5R with the sponsers of big names etc etc.. He deserves credit for what he's done, he's brought a good rep to this site so i don't think anyone should be dishing at him..

The only reason i don't post my car on ClubITR as of yet is because it's not ready to be put on the site IMO.. it's on OzHonda for general advice but when i need somewhere to turn for things i won't get there ill be asking hear as ive done time and time again..

For the record, if I showed people how much sponsorship I had they would quiver where they stand. I've had so much heartache along the way but that's another story. Just hitting the track at WTAC was nothing but relief. I know the car and I were slower than I had liked but that's what happens when you roll up to the track with no testing. I really want to take the car back there because it's capable of 1.47s with the same setup. Maybe then I can silence some haters.
