Tein S Tech springs from USA?

Hey, i have been trying to find someone in Aus who sells S Tech springs for DC5 and was told by a few places that they dont have the S Tech for DC5..

I found this on ebay....... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/02-03...Q5fAccessories

my question is there a difference in th Aus Honda 02 DC5 to the Acura RSX 02?? Will these fit?

also feel free to give advice on other spring options..

    Thanks

skunk2 springs will drop your car alot, therefore making it a harsh ride

AUDM and RSX 02 models are pretty much the same.

All DC5s have the same strut assembly. The cars with Brembos run different hubs, LCAs and driveshafts so when it comes to springs you can shop for anything but keep inmind some springs are made for a firmer shock. Getting a lowered stiffer spring for your Luxury will throw out your shock rate. Look for some spring/shock combos if you wanna do it right.

full coils are for track use, are you going to track your car? if not it would be very bumpy

My opinion is eibach spring pro kit and leave it with your stock shocks for now and later on get something else like konis

Nah, still waiting for a PM or reply from 999.. it will be around $600-700 though.

SKUNK2 springs without stiffer shocks = too soft, bumpy.

Not true. A well set up adjustable coilover doesn't need to be bumpy. It all depends on spring rates and damper settings. It certainly doesn't mean it's a track use application only. The advantage of adjustable coilovers is dialing in a set amount of camber and ride height. Some coilover set ups don't really have much height adjustment as they can be up to 4" lower than stock suspension as it is, especially in the case of the DC5 which sits higher than a honeymooners dick.

No the car will not be a track car, maybe the odd track meet now and then.

does anyone know if the eibach are a comfortable ride with OEM shocks? also approx drop??

Some people here have the Spoon coils, or have used them. Try a search to get some reviews.
