Except when it stutters at around 4k..

well, since vtec engages at 5500rpm, therefore 4000rpm is only ever seen in 1st gear


and what is this "stutter" you talk of?

mine has no stutter - but mine is tuned by a Toda Racing maybe that helps!

Its the intake lenght that causes the dip. A aftermarket ECU and a tune will fix that up easily.

in reality - it is not noticeable and is certainly NOT a 'stutter' as you put it...
