    dc2r clutch questions

sometime in 2008 i may be looking at replacing my standard clutch and flywheel, the stockie is still ok 115,000kms old, daily driven and a handfull of trackdays later, but the feel is not as nice as it used to be.

i am leaning towards either an exedy hyper single or exedy hyper carbon single kit.

anyone have experience with either of these kits for dc2r?
i cannot find what weight of the flywheel is in these kits, i am assuming it is much lighter than stock? anyone know what it is?
i have read the carbon clutch is likely to not last quite as long as the metallic one in the exedy brochure, how long could either be expected to last?

    any advice/experiences appreciated

I recently replaced my clutch with excedy HD sports organic and I machined my OEM flywheel, im very happy with the results, it performs well. bought it from turbo spares at cabbra.

IMO, you can't go wrong with any of the Exedy products. It comes down to how much you want to spend versus ease of use of pedal.
