Needs to be machined on the side port like the RBC to fit, and needs adapters with stock throttle body also.
The stock bonnet rod-holding-up-thingy will need to be removed too as the RRC is too big and you will need some sorta of aftermarket bonnet dampener
end result is a superior intake manifold with a solid gain over a RBC tho

The manifold is modified to suit K20A to order.Originally posted by Norm View Postso the RRC one that toda is supplying hasn't been ported or altered with adapters yet?
That is when someone with a K20A wants one, we sort it out there & then.
There's no sence stuffing it up for K20Z or K24 use for no good reason.
Re Adaptors, we don't need or use adaptors with our throttle for RRC.
The Toda throttle is a straight bolt-on with the idle speed motor plug to the inside for superior clearence & maximum wiring reliability.TODA Performance Australia Pty Ltd

Hmmm cutting edge parts from the duck... LOLOriginally posted by Norm View PostSo what if a Spoon 70mm throttle body were to be attached to the RRC manifold? would any modifications needed to be done?
Spoon throttle from which K-series engine?
There's a few out there to choose from....
If you already have a DC5 / EP3 K20A throttle, you've got the wrong one & an adaptor will be required & you'll still have issues with IACV clearance.
For CL9* / FN2* / FD2R* = Use of the correct throttle is a straight bolt-on. Manifold fitment to the cylinder head is also straight bolt-on
* Fly-by-wire throttles
For EP3 / DC5 RRC fitment, the TODA CL7 throttle is used.
No adaptor required direct fit with new TPS & IACV included.
A Spoon version of the same product would likely work though I can't comment on included sensors.
Also, the throttle plate in the Spoon throttle is not 70mm.TODA Performance Australia Pty Ltd
