If you have the vehicle registered for business use you should REALLY ring your insurance company and discuss it with them if your policy is differant.
From my days as a branch teller there was a big differance between insurance for a private vehicle and a business vehicle. This was mostly due to vehicles used that had to carry tools of trade or other business related equipment. This was because if an accident/robbery happened the insurance would also cover the equipment in the car. As you aren't a "tradesman" it might be differant, but would be good to be on the safe side.
As plaything said, insurance companies well try ANYTHING to get out of paying money out to someone for an accident.

- If you cause an accident to a 3rd party (It only covers damage to the other vehicle, not your own)
- If your car is involved in a fire
- If your car is stolen
Full comp covers you for basically everything

i would only consider 3rd aprty, if my car's value was <10K
