1) Why the dedication to Honda only when there's plenty other mades.
2) Have you been tempted to do other makes? If yes, why didn't go on?
3) What other car model are you a fan of?

Seriously guys, don't waste your breath asking Mr Ichishima about what he thinks of the DC5.... he's already spoken his views about it!

However, Ichishima's answer took me by surprise. He doesn't think the DC5 is as good a base as the CL7. In fact, he admits to be unimpressed with the DC5 as a base for modifications. 'It's based on a van', he says, 'it's a Stream Coupe !'. Similarly the EP3 to him is a 'Stream hot-hatch'. The CL7 Accord Euro-R to him is the best all-round current generation Type-R model made by Honda.

So ditch your Stream Coupe's for an Accord Euro and go modding!
But i find it weird that they are racing dc5's in super taikyu? and all the super taikyu series and one make series indicates a faster lap time with dc5s as compared to dc2's *yes they did run dc2 one make series before* Hmmmmmmmm interesting

** EDITED - Tinks addressed it **
Anyway, I don't see what so exciting about this...Its not like any of us would benefit much.
My question to Mr spoon would be:
"How will the tie up make this hobby (racing) more affordable to the normal weekend track warrior who have no sponsorship? - What will the local track community have to benefit from this relationship that we don't already have with the existing tuning houses?"Last edited by e240; 24-07-07, 12:45 PM.MFactory Performance Products
