Fly's VTI-R is pending sale last time I read.
The most expensive is not always the best, but the best is always expensive.

I remember my friend doing 140km/h at 4,100rpm on the way to wakefield... gg to highway driving lol... nearly in vtec yo!

i reckon you should stick to getting a type R if you want performance.

they will come up around your price range, but with some good negotiating skills, you should be able to pick up something decent.

yep, possibly get a VTiR - these are fast and look good

once modified can keep up with Type R's for less cash...

agreed! ^_^.. in alot of cases it actually can be much faster much much.. well yeh..

and imo has a nice clean look, although somepeople are a fan of the type R spoiler.. i actually like the slim Vtir one more so than the type R one. and Vtir has sunroof.. which type R DO not.. and i personally couldent drive without one =P..

But Inherent Flaws that older Dc2 have is rattle windows its easy to fix but its a bit troublesome, you get a few crikes here and there.. but mines an older 1994 model so its quite old..

FYI it was an option from Honda to get a Sun roof with the DC2R. Although many never chose it as it added extra weight. Weight = bad! hehe.

Yes but it was not a factory option.
It was a dealer option which meant it's aftermarket.

My mate had one in his and after each trackday he would need to get it aligned.

NB - door strips, rear wiper & 4 lug wheels prove that it is NOT a Type R

rear wiper? is the Type R one in a different location?

Oh... didn't mean to sound like a dick when I said FYI. lol. But that's always good to be corrected and now learnt. Still from Honda tho yeah? or a 3rd party that Honda source?
