ah nice, do you have any problems with your rotors cracking? I have cracked the front rotors on each of my last 3 track days!! one set was OEM honda the other 2 sets were RDA...I just kept getting the cheapest ones because they keep cracking...

Do you guys think it's worth getting better quality rotors, or will they still crack?

I use DBA slotted at the moment and they are starting to get small surface cracks. I have previously used RDA cheapies and they got munched pretty quickly and developed lots of little surface cracks and some larger ones. I managed to go through two sets of front pads on them though. How bad are your cracks? Any pics?

according to takahashi......RX8 and me......we both use the same rotor.....he've tracking with it for more then 8 trackdays.....still good as hell and no sign of cracking what so ever........mine is still good and no sign of crack at all too......from what I know they use different materiel so they are extra strong.......you should consider to get sth like that if you plan to track often.........good luck johno......

The rotors I had on my car actually had small surface cracks before the track day, The cracks are big now, not safe enough, I was really worried driving back in the suburbs as the car was vibrating so badly when I touched the brakes!

I'll post up some pics tomorrow for ya

Taka said the same thing on s2ki, that's good to know Eddy, I thought rotors were all just the same thing...seriously! lol

I think it would be a good investment, I could have bought a set of the PMU 2 piece rotors by now...
