    That's not a header....This is a header

My newly completed and highly experimental header for my new motor which is yet to make it into the car. No difference in power with the current setup but, fingers crossed, it works wonders with the new combo.

Props to Brad at Westside Exhaust (under JDM Yard) for a top job. I just want to show the great things Brad and the boys can do with a few bits of stainless and a TIG. Enjoy

      Looking good!

      How much did that cost?

They've also made a custom header for Criz R and it looks good!

arrgghhhh!!!! my fan shroud is on FIRE?!?!??!

i hope the proximity to the radiator and fan shroud has been rectified...?

shame if such clean work was ruined by the engine movements...

are you going to get it coated or anything?

once the header warmed up, the fan shroud was no longer a problem

the photos dont do the exhaust system justice...

dont worry, the headers wont hit the rad

              awesome work from westside

The fan is a temporary fix while a higher flowing, better fitting fan is sourced. We cut the shroud roughly and let the header do the rest.

The car has Hasport mounts - so it doesn't move much Clearance is more than it looks in the picture.

As far as coating goes, I'm going to see how i go with temps on Thursday. It should be ok though.

Yup, Burns collectors - unbelievable work, shame I never took any pictures of them.
