The throttles are together and require some fine tuning, the catch can is being made up and we still have to work out how to get the filter over the throttles. Not a B18C crank, I believe it's an accord crank with modified rods. The bottom end was bought from Japan, it was originally built by Toda Japan and I've freshened it up.
