hey Norm, lookin good.
jst to let you know i went to HonMaz in Nedlands to repair my cv boot tear years ago, quick and easy, new one and install about $100 i remember, or not too much more than that anyways. they know honda cars quite well, the procedure to get the cv boot out requires them to know the parts inside out, (lets just say the average guy at ultra tune don't know shit and wasted my time and money)
speak to andre there and let him know that eugene sent ya if you decided to check them out first, he's the boss.

Update - 2/12/2010 - Took my CV joint to a CV joint repairer, and got qouted $50 to get it fixed (Just replacement of the boot). Also took my rear JDM hub/knuckles etc down to a friend of a friends workshop to remove rotors as the screwdrivers at home just cut it when removing the two bolts along side all the corrosion. Used a Impact Driver to remove them with so much ease. Again the right tools for the right job makes things a breeze! Also removed the hub/knuckle from the control arm with the effort of some muscle and big bars .
When changing brake pads make sure you wind the caliper back down and becareful where ur doing this as the pistons will push brake fluid out of the caliper.
I removed this bolt to check whether this needs regreasing. Sometimes due to long term use, dust sometimes gets into the rubber seals and disrupts the rear braking mechanisms. But it was all good so we just put it back

My CV boot had a slight tear in it, and hence was leaking grease. The picture below wasn't my CV joint but its the same principle.
You can tell if your CV Joints have gone bad if when you turn your steering wheel you hear a loud clicking sound. If your steering wheel is getting stuck then they have really been damaged. I believe there isn't meant to be any movement when rotating it. When rotated, it should rotate and turn as one. I hope i'm right . I'll show you a picture of one of my JDM CV joints that got torn during shipping. Now this is bad haha
This is my left sided JDM CV Joint. Quoted for roughly $80 to fix. I'm just keeping this one as a spare, I already have a replacement L) JDM CV Joint I bought awhile back.
