Here you go!

So as many have guessed, picked up a 2002 S15 Spec S in pearl white!

Always wanted one and was very close to getting one before my DC5S.

After I sold the DC5, bought myself another Honda as a daily driver but mainly to stop myself from rushing into buying something I'd regret.

Was mainly looking to get a 350z but alas I always found myself looking up s15s.

Bit the bullet and went ahead with a nice clean Aus spec.

Current Mod List:

- Some unknown pod (Can anyone enlighten me?)
- Hollandia sunroof
- Blitz DDT (turbo timer and boost meter)

Initial impression in comparison to DC5 (after 1 drive):

- Interior feels a lot more cramped especially the space between yourself and the door.
- Rear seating is pretty much non-existent
- Turning circle on S15 feels a lot smaller
- 1st gear feels just as eager as the k20a but 2nd gear and onwards there is a slight hesitation for the engine to pick up
- Boost vs Vtec? To be honest, in stock form they felt as fast as each other. Was expecting the S15 to be quiet in comparison but to my surprise I very much enjoyed it with the throttle planted.
- Steering the DC5 felt a bit more taut and responsive but that might have something to do with my current alignment and tyres

First things I'll probably address is getting a sound system in as the head unit is broken. Will also look into getting a major service done. After that I'll go for coils, set of wheels and whatever else I can find!

Don't particularly mind the power difference but I do wish for the little JDM goodies like the steering wheel, a-pillar pod, digital climate control and silvia badges! Power is easy to make up if you want to. But yeh to me finding a car with a good history was more important. Even if this car has a few more scratches.

Coils are very high on my list. Next after that would be rims and some sways. Then I'll look into making some power

Don't even need the titanium lip! Gram lights are better :P Trying to stay away from vertex but bloody hell.

What do you reckon of the power? Although they are the same on paper to the DC5R, it wasn't as quick as my type r in acceleration. I do enjoy their looks though. Grats man

You're talking about the s15 gt wings I believe. The normal spec r wing is quite ugly haha. Haven't seen a nismo one before although many people do remove the centre part of the gt wings which may be what you're referring to!

Agree, I do like it without a wing! Already sold the XD9s man!

To be honest, I haven't driven the car all that much yet so it's a bit difficult for me to say. It depends, how would you define cruiser?
