ASP 4-1 Header (w/ megaphone and reverse cone)
Obviously going the K route I started to do a lot of research on K20a.org and spoke to ppl in Aus about what would be the best header to go for my conversion. I ended up deciding to go with the ASP header purely because of all the positive feedback and power gains ppl where getting in both AUS and the USA.

After recieving the header I was very happy with how it looked. It has very nice bends and welds cant ask for much more than that

      Conversion Parts
Most of the these parts where sourced from Jimmy and Benson (BYP) and JDMYard. Big thanks for there help so far.

      Parts shown
      - Sard FPR & Gauge
      - Hybrid Racing Fuel Rail
      - Samco Hoses
      - T1R Titan Shift Knob
      - Hondata KPro
      - Hybrid Racing Shifter Box (Part of it)
      - Mugen Thermoswitch (Mugen Thermostat is on Engine already)
      - Buddyclub Radiator Cap
      - HKS Oil Cap
      - P2R Plastic Intake Manifold Gasket

      ASI Radiator
I was looking into what radiator to buy for my conversion that was cost efficient but still had good performance. Jimmy from BYP suggested the ASI because others and himself have used the ASI radiator on track on numerous occasions and never had any problems with them. When the radiator came in it looked good and well built for what I required. Only thing I need to do to it now is polish it.

      ORC Clutch Kit (Silent)
I was going to get one for my B18C but for obvious reasons never got the chance to purchase one. So the next obvious move was to get one for the K20.
I looked into this one quite a bit because Ive used a sports organic HD from Exedy and to be brutally honest I did not like it at all. For a similar price I could get the ORC which was a metal type clutch and would give me a long life and good bite. The ORC Kit comes with lightened flywheel as well which I think is a good idea.

      Spoon Style Carbon Mirrors (Silent)
Not much to explain here, they look and work exactly like the Spoon mirrors at a fraction of the cost. Thankyou Yonas (JDMYard)

                                UPDATE

Finally the last part I was waiting for came in yesterday.
Hopefully now the conversion will really start moving. My mechanic and I plan to get the wiring and engine in by next week and hopefully running a couple weeks after.

                                Wavetrac 1.5 Way LSD
Thanks to Dale at K20Tuned in the USA for this part. For some time I had actually contemplated not running an LSD but after some words with my close friend / mechanic I decided I would spend the extra coin and get myself a decently priced LSD that would perform well on the track and wouldnt need to much maintenance because the car will be street driven as well.

After speaking to Dale at K20Tuned he suggested the Wavetrac. I did some research and quite a few people who have purchased the LSD have been very surprised at how well it works and quite a few people have even compared it to being as good if not better than the Quaife unit.

Valve Cover, Intake Manifold & CAI
Decided to do something small while waiting for next week and found a colour that I liked. Primed and painted the valve cover, intake manifold and cold air intake. Also got my mate to shave the ugly protruding bit off the intake manifold and relocate the bung.
Im really happy with how the colour came out. Wanted something that looked tough but didnt stand out like dogs balls. Let me know what you guys think.
