          why prash?

Just put HID's into your stock reflectors, and adjust the headlgihts down, tis so simple... Dont beleive the shit that ONE PERSON says on this forum alone. HID's in general will blind everyone. I dont get in trouble at all when im pulled over by hwy patrol, cops opposite me are staring right into my car, they dont say shit either! Our car looks modern, so they think its OEM.

There is more than one person on the internets that will say negative things about putting an HID bulb in a stock reflector . I guess it depends on the effect you are looking for, putting a higher output HID globe in the light and then aiming it down so you can't see shit anyway seems a little foolish to me. Freakygeek I believe posted some time ago regarding his retrofit of BMW projectors with HID low and high beam into his DC2 which is a great way to go IMO. Heaps of light when you need it, both on your low beams and highs.

So generally speaking, what HID K is acceptable?...

the things is i have 4700K halogens and i cant see anything now :P..just looks cool..so want the same effect but more liight..so was considering hids...if theres a way to buy retrofitted oem headlights for dc5s..i would do it..the diy seems complicated and i dont wanna screw up the oem 1s.

so i was coming back from the AUSCA meet last nite (pics up soon)..and just as I got close to my house..extremely loud noise from exhaust and huge drop in power...crawled home..jacked it up..and found that one of the bolts to plug the hole before the cat was missing! (theres 2 holes before the cat..one for the o2 sensor i assume and one after the cat)..just wondering if any exhaust shop will have the plug/bolt for it?..im assuming there wasnt a sensor there as there werent any wires around there.....obviously cant drive the car (would get defected in secs.)..first thing thats gone majorly wrong with the car since ive got it

also..on the look out for a used ep3 front swaybar (willing to swap for whiteline/selbys or cash)

Stock exhaust manifold? There aren't any plugs in the stock manifold as far as I know. Just the two oxygen sensors. Did the check engine light come on?

                          ^^ he has toda manifold

Ah right. In that case yeah you can get plugs to fit in there. I went to my local fasteners place with Toda manifold in hand and the guy sold me a nice tapered thread plug with an allen key drive to fit in there. Cost me less than a dollar. Can't tell you what the thread of it is though sorry.
