Victor's ED6

Hi guys,

So about 2 weeks ago I spontaneously purchased a ED6 from Canberra. This car is amazing! Im just surprised with all the standard features that came with the car in 1988. Electric windows, Pioneer radio cassette player, power steering and a clock. All of this still works! =) I just wished it came with a sunroof but I guess it's lighter without.

Also, it came with the following goodies:

Toda Fightex coilovers
JDM ITR wheels 15x6+50 wrapped in RE002
Nardi 330mm deep corn steering wheel

It wasn't the greatest lol. The car overheated about 3 times but I guess that it allowed us to rest up a bit.

Yep the car was from David. I won't change much to it for now since it has all the important mods already on it.

First mod: NRG Quick Release

Reason: Due to the age of the car, I believe installing a quick release will make it more difficult for thieves stealing the car if they had no steering wheel.

Cons: The red looks freaking ugly and does not match the interior one bit.

Once the radiator was changed in the old ED, I could drive it forever!

It was because I had a spare one lol. Ideally I would like a works bell short hub and quick release. The quality of NRG is never great and I would not be using them again.

Which Nardi do you have Alex? I want another 330 deep corn but in leather....

I don't think it is clogged up. The first thing I did when I got the car was an oil and coolant flush. I took it to Palm Beach last Wednesday night and it didn't overheat. However, the fan is constantly on when the car is up to temp so I'm not too sure if there is something wrong.
